Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Most orders to SE Qld and Sydney Metro areas will arrive the next business day. Melbourne Metro areas should arrive in 2 business days. Deliveries to regional QLD, NSW and VIC will be 2-3 days. Please allow 5 business days for delivery to Perth and up to 10 days for regional WA.

How much is Shipping? We have a flat shipping charge of $7.50 for all orders under $35. Orders over this amount will be shipped free of charge to an Australian address.

Delivery Method We use a combination of Star Track Express and Fastways Couriers for deliveries. This offers a fast trackable service for our customers. For this reason, a phycial street address is required where possible. This address can be a home or work address and feel free to put special instructions on your order which we will pass onto the courier. If a PO Box is required we will dispatch your order via Austalia Post.

What if I'm not home? No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. We ask that where possible someone is available to accept delivery of the parcel, at the address advised. Please note, if no one is available to accept delivery the parcel may be left at the address unattended. If you do not want the parcel left unattended, please advise during check out. If you would like your parcel left in a particular spot when you are not home, please leave a comment during check out.
