Refund Policy

What is your exchange and/or refund policy?We want you to be happy with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, if you are not happy with your purchase you may request a refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:
  • The products are returned within14 days of purchase date
  • The product/s are in their original packaging, undamaged and unused
  • You email us at JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING  and provide your name, invoice number, product description, reason for return and your request for exchange or refund You receive a Return Code (RC), from our sales team (please write your RC on your returns parcel)
  • Please mail your products for return to: The Product Store, PO Box 153, Lutwyche QLD 4031

Once your item is returned we will issue your refund for the value of the item (less postage costs).

No refunds or exchanges are available on sale items.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable. Goods are returned at your own cost and risk. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a refund or exchange if the product is not received in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. 

I have a faulty productYour satisfaction is our priority, if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING within 7 days of receipt for assistance. If an item is faulty we will provide a refund or exchange your product.
